The gemstones on our chakra bracelet are; red jasper (root), yellow jade (sacral), tigers eye (solar plexus), green aventurine (heart), blue spot jasper (throat), lapis lazuli (third eye) and amethyst (crown). Meaning ‘wheel’ in Sanskrit, the term chakra refers to the circular, spinning energy centre and that energy is known as prana.
