Birre Home Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is conducted by Birre Home, Birregurra, Victoria, Australia.

2. Competition Period

The giveaway opens at 9:00am AEST on 24 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 14 August 2026.

Entries received outside the competition period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents only.

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. Entrants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter.

Employees of Birre Home and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To receive one valid entry, participants must complete all of the following steps during the competition period:

1. Like the official Birre Home giveaway post on Instagram.
2. Follow @birrehome on Instagram.
3. Tag one friend in the comments who would also love to win.
4. Complete their entry by subscribing to the Birre Home email list through the link provided in the Birre Home Instagram bio.

An entry will only be considered valid once all four entry requirements have been completed.

Each entrant must provide a valid email address when subscribing. Birre Home reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, duplicate, automated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries.

Entry is free. Internet access and any standard data charges are the responsibility of the entrant.

5. Additional Entries

Entrants may receive additional entries by leaving separate comments and tagging a different friend in each comment.

Each tagged person must be a genuine Instagram account. Repeatedly tagging the same person, tagging businesses, celebrities, competition accounts or fake accounts will not count as an additional entry.

Regardless of the number of comments submitted, entrants are only required to subscribe to the Birre Home email list once.

6. Prize

The winner will receive the Birre Home giveaway prize shown and described in the official competition post.

The total retail value of the prize is just over AUD $700.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Birre Home reserves the right to replace any unavailable item with an item of equal or greater value.

The prize includes delivery to one Australian address. International delivery is not available.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closes.

The winner will be announced on 18 August 2026 through the official Birre Home Instagram account.

The winner will also be contacted directly by:

• Instagram direct message from @birrehome; and
• the email address provided when subscribing.

Birre Home will never ask the winner to provide payment or banking information to claim the prize. Entrants should be aware of imitation or scam accounts.

8. Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond within seven days of being contacted and provide the information reasonably required to arrange delivery.

If the winner does not respond within seven days, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible or has not completed all entry requirements, Birre Home reserves the right to select another winner at random.

9. Email Marketing and Privacy

By subscribing as part of the entry process, entrants agree to join the Birre Home email list and receive marketing communications, including information about new products, offers, promotions, store updates and other Birre Home news.

Entrants may unsubscribe at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link included in each marketing email.

Unsubscribing after the competition has closed will not affect an otherwise valid entry. Entrants must remain subscribed until the competition closes so Birre Home can confirm that the subscription requirement was completed.

Personal information collected through the giveaway will be used to administer the competition, contact the winner, deliver the prize and send marketing communications in accordance with Birre Home’s privacy practices.

Birre Home will not sell entrants’ personal information to third parties.

10. General Conditions

Birre Home reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who has not complied with these Terms and Conditions.

Birre Home is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received due to technical problems, internet interruptions, platform errors or incorrect contact details.

If the giveaway cannot proceed as planned for reasons outside Birre Home’s reasonable control, Birre Home reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway, subject to applicable laws.

To the extent permitted by law, Birre Home is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from entering the giveaway or accepting or using the prize.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Instagram Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility connected with the giveaway.

Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Birre Home and not to Instagram or Meta.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the giveaway, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
