Shipping Information

We want your Birre Home goodies to arrive safely and beautifully, whether they’re travelling across town or across Australia.

Standard Shipping

  • $14 flat rate Australia-wide

  • Free shipping on orders over $200 (excluding bulky items)

  • Sent via Australia Post with tracking

  • Delivery times: 3–7 business days (depending on location and peak periods)

Express Shipping

  • $18 flat rate Australia-wide

  • Sent via Australia Post Express

  • Delivery times: 1–3 business days (depending on location and peak periods)

Bulky Item Shipping

Some of our larger or heavier pieces (like cushions, large vases, baskets or framed prints) need a little extra care when posting.

  • $35 bulky item rate applies at checkout for these products

  • You’ll see the rate automatically added when a bulky item is in your cart

Local Pickup

  • Free pickup from our Birregurra store — located at 71 Main Street, Birregurra VIC

  • Pickup is available Friday to Sunday during store hours

  • You’ll receive an email when your order is ready to collect

Some pieces are pickup only, as they’re too large or fragile to ship. If you’d like one of these items shipped, please reach out and we can provide a quote if possible.

International Orders

A Few Extra Notes

  • We currently ship from Birregurra, VIC

  • Orders are packed with love and care, please allow 1–2 business days for dispatch

  • The outside of your parcel may not be pretty (we reuse boxes and packaging to reduce waste), but everything inside is wrapped safely and with care

  • You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way
